Scars

Facial scars are formed because of injury, acne, and skin diseases. Some scars appear as very deep holes in the skin that look like puncture wounds. When the body produces too little collagen in response to an injury or skin irritation, depressed scars can form. Other types of scars appear raised and reddish or pinkish in color.
